- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to complex contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level networking events to build brand authority.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance metrics to the executive leadership team.
- Mentor and lead junior sales staff to achieve team-wide revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-presence skills.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategy.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with key stakeholders.
