- Identify, qualify, and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand market share.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align market demands with product roadmaps.
- Represent the company at elite industry conferences and executive-level networking events.
- Mentor a team of business development associates to exceed quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in business development or consultative B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding a $5M+ annual quota.
- Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems and complex procurement processes.
- Exceptional presentation and executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
