- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine value propositions and sales positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure client needs are met.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and high-profile networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated history of closing enterprise-level deals with a high degree of complexity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to engage with global partners.
