Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to capture new market segments.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align value propositions with customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signature.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level networking events.
- Mentor junior business development managers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform long-term business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or strategic sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual revenue targets of $5M+.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong existing network within the enterprise technology space.
