Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive aggressive revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align roadmap developments with market demand.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive roundtables to build brand authority.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development team capable of hitting complex KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a distinct competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasive storytelling.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to meet with prospective global partners.
