Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate key vertical markets.
- Identify, nurture, and close high-value enterprise partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate market feedback into product roadmap improvements.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and final sign-off.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of account executives and sales development reps.
- Represent the firm at industry summits, conferences, and executive networking events.
- Utilize data-driven forecasting to exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales intelligence platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for high-stakes client meetings and industry events.
- Strategic thinker with a data-oriented approach to funnel management.
