Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to accelerate revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 prospects.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and oversee the full lifecycle of high-value sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align market feedback with product roadmaps.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Represent the company at tier-one industry conferences and executive networking events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to the executive board.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales, preferably within SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quotas of $5M+ ARR.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Outreach.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and competitive intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for building high-growth cultures.
