Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industry verticals.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate strategic partnerships with Tier-1 enterprise clients.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and oversee the full lifecycle of high-value deal closures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to align business offerings with market demands.
- Maintain a high-performing pipeline while providing accurate revenue forecasting to the executive team.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level networking events to drive brand presence.
- Mentor and scale a high-performance business development team to exceed quarterly KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
- Expertise in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced data-driven analytical tools.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for C-suite engagement.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a strategic mindset to navigate complex procurement cycles.
- Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, remote-friendly environment.
