- Identify, nurture, and close high-value strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and final signature.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align market feedback with future service features.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of account executives and business development representatives.
- Represent NexusScale at global industry conferences and C-level networking forums.
- Optimize sales funnels through data-driven analysis and advanced CRM management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in SaaS business development or strategic sales.
- Exceptional track record of exceeding annual quotas in excess of $5M+.
- Deep expertise in contract negotiation, complex stakeholder management, and value-based selling.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills suitable for board-level reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly enterprise software environment.
