In this high-impact role, you will define our go-to-market strategy, cultivate enterprise-level partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a deal-maker who combines data-driven insights with exceptional relationship-building skills. You will work directly with the executive team to identify white-space opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles to secure marquee accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate key vertical markets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value enterprise partnerships that align with long-term revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on value propositions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and provide accurate monthly revenue forecasting to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive roundtables to enhance brand visibility.
- Mentor junior sales personnel and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of proven success in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales, preferably within the SaaS space.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close multi-million dollar deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working autonomously in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue quotas consistently.
