- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align partnership goals with product roadmap.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of business development managers.
- Represent the company at elite industry conferences and executive-level networking forums.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within the SaaS sector.
- Proven track record of managing and closing multi-million dollar enterprise deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and financial modeling.
- Strong leadership capability with experience scaling remote or hybrid teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales enablement tools like Outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
