Responsibilities

- Execute full-cycle sales strategies, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to refine the value proposition.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential leads through proactive networking and industry events.
- Represent the firm at elite industry conferences and executive-level networking forums.
- Develop and implement data-driven KPIs to monitor territory performance and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
- Deep expertise in SaaS, Fintech, or enterprise cloud infrastructure ecosystems.
- Superior negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills.
- High level of proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with key stakeholders.
