Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify high-value leads through strategic networking and industry partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial discovery to contract finalization.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align our value proposition with market demands.
- Mentor junior business development associates to foster a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company at tier-one industry conferences and executive summits.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health and revenue forecasting to the board.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise business development.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS and Management Consulting landscape.
- Exceptional track record of closing 7-figure deals and exceeding revenue targets.
- Advanced communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and advanced analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for strategic client engagements.
