- Mentor junior business development associates to build a high-performance outbound culture.
- Monitor competitive landscapes to identify new market opportunities and pivots.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in SaaS or management consulting.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven forecasting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
