Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industry verticals.
- Identify, negotiate, and close complex strategic partnerships that align with corporate growth objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align value propositions with market needs.
- Manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at elite industry conferences and executive-level networking events.
- Mentor and lead a team of high-performing Business Development Managers to achieve quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine our competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, specifically within the SaaS or FinTech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close enterprise-level deals exceeding $500k ARR.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and data-driven sales analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Proven record of building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
