Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate key enterprise verticals.
- Identify, nurture, and close complex, high-value strategic partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and legal review cycles to ensure mutually beneficial long-term agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to align business opportunities with our technical roadmap.
- Build and manage a high-performing pipeline of qualified leads through sophisticated networking and outreach.
- Represent the firm at elite industry conferences and executive-level forums.
- Provide regular performance reporting and market insight briefings to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual revenue quotas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, CRM management, and strategic account mapping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
