Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive market entry strategies to capture new enterprise accounts.
- Build and nurture high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Identify, negotiate, and close complex commercial partnerships that drive recurring revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Mentor junior business development staff to foster a high-growth sales culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated ability to close multi-million dollar deals within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A proven track record of exceeding aggressive annual revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
