You will work directly with our executive team to shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, leveraging a culture that rewards boldness, data-driven decision-making, and relentless execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and negotiate high-stakes strategic partnerships with enterprise-level organizations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and high-level networking events to build brand authority.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing Business Development team to meet aggressive quarterly KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Fintech space.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
- Expertise in complex contract negotiations and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data visualization tools.
