Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industry verticals.
- Identify and qualify high-value leads through strategic networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Negotiate complex enterprise-level contracts and service agreements to ensure long-term profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align roadmap developments with market demand.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales development team to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent the company at global conferences and executive roundtables as a thought leader.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery to successful contract closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development or Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Exceptional track record of exceeding multi-million dollar annual revenue quotas.
- Deep understanding of complex consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and data-driven pipeline management.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry conferences.
