Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the luxury travel market.
- Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns to improve search rankings.
- Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, newsletters, and video scripts that highlight the resort’s unique offerings.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales and revenue management teams to align digital activities with revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the Hospitality or Tourism industry.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and Google Analytics 4.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills in English.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
