Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability for reporting needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
