Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for cloud-native microservices architecture
- Lead performance testing initiatives using JMeter and LoadRunner for high-traffic applications
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing workflows using Jenkins and GitLab
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality engineering best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code testing solutions
- Analyze test metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech or high-transaction environments
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test automation
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with containerized testing environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of reducing defect escape rates by 40%+
- Strong analytical skills with experience in test data management strategies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
