Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and drafting of complex commercial agreements, M&A deals, and joint ventures

- Develop innovative legal solutions for emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide knowledge management initiatives
- Partner with business development teams to identify new client opportunities
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- 7+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
- Admitted to NY State Bar with active membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in corporate transactions, securities regulation, or M&A
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to simplify complex legal concepts
- Experience managing cross-border transactions and international compliance frameworks
- Strong business acumen with ability to align legal strategy with commercial objectives
