Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A transactions, securities regulations, and corporate governance matters
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements worth $100M+
- Manage litigation strategy and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop innovative legal solutions for emerging fintech challenges
- Mentor junior attorneys and lead cross-functional legal initiatives
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the legal department
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school with top 25% academic standing
- 8+ years of corporate law experience at AmLaw 100 firm
- Bar admission in New York and active membership in good standing
- Proven expertise in securities law and financial services regulations
- Advanced negotiation skills with track record of high-stakes deal closures
- Strong technology law background with blockchain/crypto experience preferred
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities with published works
