Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited institution
- 7+ years of corporate law experience in financial services or tech sector
- Active NY State Bar membership with flawless disciplinary record
- Proven expertise in SEC regulations and Dodd-Frank compliance
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $50M+ deal experience
- Advanced proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw/Lexis)
