Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years corporate law experience at top-tier law firm
- Admitted to Massachusetts Bar (active license)
- Expertise in SEC regulations and corporate compliance
- Proven track record in M&A transactions
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency with legal research tools (Westlaw/Lexis)
