Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate governance, SEC compliance, and M&A transactions

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution with top 15% academic standing
- Admitted to New York State Bar with 7+ years corporate law experience
- Proven expertise in securities law and cross-border transactions
- Experience managing high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters
- Advanced certification in data privacy (CIPP/US) preferred
- Exceptional analytical writing and client presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
