Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions, securities offerings, and corporate restructuring for global clients
- Advise on regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, joint ventures, and licensing agreements
- Manage due diligence processes for multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Develop innovative legal solutions for emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide knowledge management systems
- Represent clients in regulatory proceedings and dispute resolution forums
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school with top 20% academic standing
- Admitted to New York State Bar with 5+ years of corporate law experience
- Proven expertise in M&A, securities regulation, and corporate governance
- Strong negotiation skills with documented success in complex transactions
- Experience managing cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional compliance
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities with attention to detail
