Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and securities compliance
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and intellectual property agreements
- Manage regulatory compliance for fintech and blockchain clients
- Lead litigation strategy and dispute resolution for corporate matters
- Develop internal policies and legal training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and market expansions
- Conduct due diligence for international transactions
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of corporate law experience at a top-tier firm
- Active New York State bar license
- Expertise in fintech regulations, SEC compliance, and GDPR
- Proven track record in M&A transactions (>$50M deals)
- Advanced legal research and analytical skills
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
