Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school
- Active Illinois bar membership (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 5+ years corporate law experience at top-tier firm
- Expertise in SEC filings and corporate finance
- Proven track record in M&A transaction management
- Advanced negotiation skills with commercial partners
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
