Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and refine fair and consistent salary structures and job grading frameworks across all company levels.
  • Conduct thorough market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure compensation competitiveness within the Indonesian market.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to create innovative allowance schemes and performance-based incentive programs.
  • Analyze payroll data and total rewards trends to provide insightful reports and recommendations to management.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary budgeting, merit increases, and bonus calculations.
  • Ensure all C&B policies remain compliant with local labor laws and internal corporate governance standards.
  • Develop communication materials to enhance employee understanding of the company's total rewards philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling) and experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory benefit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Certification in Compensation Management (e.g., CCP or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
