Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments for clients with diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on client goals and strengths.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and crisis intervention services in both individual and group settings.
- Maintain precise, confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers, legal systems, and housing agencies to streamline client care.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case conferencing.
- Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system to improve equity and access.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work.
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness or addiction.
- Strong knowledge of local social service resources and community support networks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practice.
