Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for diverse client populations.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and community partners.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development workshops.
- Advocate for client needs within community and healthcare systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, valid LCSW licensure in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse urban environment.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and social justice principles.
