Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and community partners, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and HIPAA regulations.
- Facilitate crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and stability.
- Advocate for client needs within the healthcare and social services systems.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, valid LCSW licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and social justice frameworks.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse demographics.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity.
