Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments for clients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) in collaboration with medical and support staff.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis counseling for individuals and families.
- Advocate for client needs within the judicial, medical, and housing systems.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and community support workshops.
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinical review meetings to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or mental health setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques.
- Strong knowledge of local community resources and social safety net programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
