Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for individuals and families in crisis.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans with measurable goals.
- Facilitate therapeutic support groups and provide individual crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with local community agencies, medical providers, and housing authorities to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain precise and ethical clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide case management services to connect clients with essential resources such as food, housing, and legal assistance.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review client progress and adjust intervention strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, active LCSW licensure in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or mental health setting.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex systems and advocate effectively for marginalized populations.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries in high-stress situations.
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practice.
