Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk populations.
- Collaborate with internal psychiatric staff and external community partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain precise, confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Advocate for client resources, including housing, medical, and financial assistance programs.
- Participate in weekly clinical case staffing and ongoing interdisciplinary training.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, active LCSW licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care and crisis management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse client demographics.
- Working knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to professional ethics and cultural competency.
