Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments for diverse client populations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on therapeutic goals.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing trauma-informed approaches.
- Coordinate with community agencies, healthcare providers, and family support systems.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case staffing.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current Washington State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work.
- Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload with high levels of autonomy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
