Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to a diverse client population.
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with community partners and medical providers to facilitate holistic continuity of care.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and peer case consultation meetings.
- Crisis intervention and stabilization for clients presenting with acute emotional distress.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted LCSW licensure in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a community or hospital setting.
- Strong proficiency in trauma-informed care modalities and crisis management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate effectively for marginalized populations.
- Demonstrated cultural competency and experience working with diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Advanced proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
