Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy to diverse populations.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and legal advocates.
- Maintain precise, confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Facilitate crisis intervention services during high-stress situations.
- Advocate for client needs within community resource networks and local governmental agencies.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and ongoing professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid LCSW license in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Deep understanding of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
- Strong commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in EHR software.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
