Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trial protocols ensuring GCP/ICH compliance and FDA regulations
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible study participants with precision
- Coordinate data collection, documentation, and regulatory submissions
- Monitor adverse events and ensure patient safety protocols are maintained
- Liaise between investigators, sponsors, and IRB for seamless trial execution
- Maintain electronic lab notebooks and study documentation with meticulous accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years clinical research coordination experience in a hospital setting
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
