Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of preclinical drug development studies
- Develop and optimize novel drug formulations and delivery systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs)
- Prepare regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to lab innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in preclinical drug development and formulation
- Strong knowledge of GLP/GMP regulations and regulatory pathways
- Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR)
- Experience with in vivo pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of high-impact publications and patents
