Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and quality assurance across 3 specialty departments
- Lead strategic planning for new medical technologies and treatment protocols
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Mentor 15+ physicians and advanced practice providers
- Collaborate with R&D on clinical trial design and execution
- Represent organization in regulatory compliance and accreditation processes
- Drive patient safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification in relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine)
- 10+ years clinical practice with 5+ years leadership experience
- Active medical license in Massachusetts
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare analytics
- Proven track record in clinical program development
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO, and FDA regulations
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals
