Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-phase clinical trials from protocol development to close-out
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Manage patient recruitment, informed consent, and ethical trial conduct
- Oversee data collection, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with sponsors, IRB, and multidisciplinary research teams
- Maintain trial master files and prepare audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field required
- 2+ years clinical trial coordination experience preferred
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification required
- Advanced knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ICH-GCP
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
