Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical research protocols for novel drug candidates
- Lead cross-functional teams in translational medicine and early-phase development
- Analyze biological data using advanced statistical methods and AI-driven platforms
- Prepare regulatory submissions (IND/CTA) and ensure GMP compliance
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in high-impact journals
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in target identification and lead optimization
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory pathways and ICH guidelines
- Strong proficiency in high-throughput screening and CRISPR technologies
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar research budgets
- Published author in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical research
