Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Phase II-III oncology clinical trials from protocol to closeout
- Coordinate patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment strategies Maintain accurate electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and regulatory documentation
- Serve as primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, and IRB/ethics committees
- Monitor trial compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, and institutional protocols
- Analyze and report adverse events and protocol deviations
- Train clinical staff on trial procedures and data management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years clinical research coordination experience in oncology trials
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Deep understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 312 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Strong interpersonal abilities for multi-stakeholder communication
