Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee clinical trials in compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining ethical standards
- Manage trial documentation including case report forms, informed consent, and regulatory submissions
- Monitor adverse events and ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and biostatisticians
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for institutional review boards and sponsors
- Maintain accurate trial databases and ensure timely regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field required; Master's preferred
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification required
- Minimum 3 years clinical trial coordination experience in oncology/cardiology
- Proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, REDCap)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
