Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) required; Master of Social Work (MSW) or LCSW/LMSW certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social services, case management, or human services within a healthcare or non-profit setting.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of New York City social service systems, including housing authority procedures and benefit programs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse populations.
