Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a related human services field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social work, case management, or community outreach.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local Chicago community resources and social service networks.
  • Strong proficiency in documentation, reporting, and crisis intervention protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering trust.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for community visits.
