Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and close high-value partnerships with enterprise-level prospects.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and GTM strategies.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and executive-level negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain our competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive storytelling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-inspired environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
